Terms of Service
The conditions that apply when you use any TheBoys product or service.
1.Acceptance
By accessing or using TheBoys Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
2.Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secret. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access to your account.
3.Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, spread malware, scan or attack systems, or access data you have not been granted.
4.Your content
Content you create or upload remains yours. You grant TheBoys the rights needed to store, process and display it to operate the Services, and you are responsible for its lawfulness.
5.Intellectual property
The software, brand, interface and documentation of the Services belong to TheBoys or its licensors. Copying, modifying or distributing them without permission is not allowed.
6.Limitation of liability
We work to keep the Services stable but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, TheBoys is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Services.
7.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.
8.Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
